FLOWN

FLOWN is an AI-assisted tool for teams who need to work together without working over each other. It surfaces task conflicts, suggests schedule balancing and makes collaboration legible — without becoming another thing to manage.

The design challenge was restraint: an intelligent system that stays out of the way. Every interaction was designed to reduce cognitive load, not add to it. The interface owes more to a well-organised kitchen than to a dashboard.
